By registering for or participating in any program, session, or event offered by EPIC Cricket (Elite Pro Institute of Cricket), you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Eligibility

Participants must complete all required forms and waivers. Minors must have parental or guardian consent.

 

2. Payment

All fees must be paid in full before participation. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of emergencies or unforeseeable events (see Refund Policy).

 

3. Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected from all participants, parents, and staff. EPIC Cricket reserves the right to suspend or remove anyone for disruptive or unsafe conduct.

 

4. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. EPIC Cricket is not liable for injuries, lost items, or damages during sessions or events.

 

5. Media Release

Photos and videos may be taken during sessions and used for marketing purposes. If you do not consent, notify us in writing before participating.

 

6. Schedule Changes

EPIC Cricket may adjust session times or locations as needed. Participants will be notified in advance.

 

7. Consent to Policies

By signing up for our programs, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
