Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025
 

At EPIC Cricket (Elite Pro Institute of Cricket), all payments for coaching sessions, programs, and services are non-refundable. This policy allows us to allocate resources, secure facilities, and deliver high-quality training consistently.

Exceptions:

Refunds will only be considered in the case of:

• Medical Emergencies (documentation required)

• Family Emergencies

• Unforeseeable Events (e.g., natural disasters, facility closures)
   

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the missed session or event. Approval is at the discretion of EPIC Cricket management.
