Cancellation Policy

🏏 Cricket Coaching Payment & Attendance Policy Welcome to our cricket coaching program! Please read the following policy carefully. By signing up for any session—whether 1-on-1 or group coaching—you agree to the terms outlined below. 💳 Payment Policy All payments are nonrefundable. The only exceptions are: Verified medical emergencies Critical personal emergencies (e.g., serious family matters) Payment must be made in full before sessions begin. 📅 Missed Sessions & Makeup Policy (For Packages Only) Clients with coaching packages may make up 1 missed session per package, if: The absence is due to a valid excuse, such as: Medical emergency (proof may be required) Unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., family emergency, accident) Missed sessions without a valid excuse are considered forfeited and cannot be made up. Makeup sessions are subject to coach availability and may not be held at the same time as the original. 🕒 Scheduling Responsibility It is your responsibility to ensure your schedule aligns with your selected session times before signing up. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for: Schedule conflicts No-shows Late arrivals without a valid excuse 📢 Communication If something serious comes up, please contact us as soon as possible.
